Title: I need printable maps of terrains

Anyone got a link to a site with maps of the terrains?

Looking for maps with targets placements, airbase sizes, altitude of targets and facility locations.

Be nice if they also had miles listed down one side for discerning distances from one location to the next.

Only good ones I know of are Thunder's maps which are accessable from the HTC links page...  (Then again, you probably already knew that)
