I'll always remember him because he was the one guy that could make me laugh - not the TV show; that had to be watered down. I'm talking about a show he did in a London theatre c1991. During one of his irreverent tales about the role the Roman Catholic Church played in his life, I laughed so hard that I almost slid off the seat. The next day, my left side ached, so hard had I laughed.

I was very shocked to see this on the news.... but of course everyone must go one day.
He was a very funny guy, I hope he makes everyone laugh 'up there'!

Great commedian - always made me laugh. Saw him live once at a corporate do - he was brilliant !
