LOL apathy, Good question. But first, I'm a Power Lineman, not an electrician. But to answer your question seriously (I know it is ment as a joke) It depends on if the 3 rail is part of a delta or wye system. since Delta has no relationship to ground, he may be ok (although I wouldn't try it) if he only pisses on ONE rail.

Whats you answer?

My Dad, while now a pilot, was an electrician for 30 years and is still a member of IBEW #150.
