Has anybody noticed that is there some limit to the files' amount in the texsrc folder? We have (with Blauk) very many small shapes and bmp maps in that folder and when it overdrew number 124 the TE didn't build the map any more.
I think it depends on just the amount of the files and not the file's sizes. I tested it removing differend sized files away from the texsrc folder. How it is?
Our texsrc folder has now about 13 Mb files, but the final res-file is about 8 Mb. It is not increasing from 8 Mb very much, I think the final (as planned) map's size is something 10-12 Mb.

Here's a posible workaround. Once the objects have been written to the cache folder they don't have to be in the texsrc folder anymore unless you make changes to them in which case you would need to delete only the changed .tca files from the cache folder. This should work unless the cache folder also has a max limit.

Ive had 21mb in my texsrc folder and the map still built, but for download purposes I lowered it to 8mb and managed to keep the same amount of skins/objects.

Thank you again Zmeg, it works! :D :aok

There is a 120 file limit in the texsrc folder when it builds. I'll correct this for the next update of the TE.
