Aces High Version 1.08 Changes Patch 5 Changes

Added the ability to put rivers and supply barges in the terrain.
Made some frame-rate optimizations to the code.
Fixed a bug that caused a white screen when running with certain supported video cards.
Fixed a bug with vehicle resupply that caused the supply crates not to be visible on
other people's front ends.
Made some minor artwork fixes to some planes.
