If i combine it with the cheapest socket 939 cpu and 512mb ram?

No.

I beleave it wont cut it. Will be pretty low frame rate. Sure, it might run ah2 at low settings but you wont be happy with it.

it's got to be better than a MX4000

JB42 play's the game with that, and only 512 ram.

Its about the equivalent of an ATI X300.  Brand new card, value segment.  Not one I'd buy off the shelf. If it was free I wouldnt turn it down.  Their ideas are worth trying out, but I wouldnt pay money for it.
