Title: OMEGA - Call for help
Post by: HavocTM on March 19, 2005, 09:06:05 PM

Many of us in the AH community have used Omega Drivers in the past and continue to use them to boost video performance in the game.

For those who don't know, Omega Drivers are written completely voluntarily and offered by free by a programmer for ATI and NV cards.

Well, I found out tonight that Omega has lost his job and he and his wife are having a hard time financially.  He has not ever asked for payment for any of his work but has relied on donations.

So I want to ask those of you who are able to jump over to his site http://www.omegadrivers.net and click on the donate button at the top.

This guy is very religious and is the real deal.

I just completed three months of unemployment and start a new job Monday at less than half my pay.  I understand how tough these situations can be.

Anyway if you have the time and a dime, please give him your help.

Thanks,
Havoc

http://www.omegadrivers.net is the address.

Thanks again guys.  Hopefully this will help him out a lot.

I installed the latest NV GF driver yesterday and it is smokin with AH2.  He has added a nice feature to the manual overclock setting with the NV driver that helps detect the maximum stable core and mem speeds without you having to constantly guess.
