No they still do pickups manually here and thats part of the problem.

Some of these aholes seem to think they can pick and choose what they are going to take or IF they are going to take anything at all from week to week.

Then when they do pick up they dont seem to care what they do with the cans afterwards. ranging from leaving them in the middle of the street to them slamming them down so hard they've busted a couple

This isnt what I'd really like to do.
what I'd really like to do is put a  live badger in one of the cans and let em deal with that

just remember that no matter how clever you think your idea is, it'll ultimately be up to the garbage man (the guy who has a huge truck full of trash at his disposal), to decide if he thinks it's funny.

 BTW, if he decides on 'not funny', he also knows where you live.
