Title: [COOKING] Tartiflette au Mont D'Or

you need about 800 g potatoes ,200g onion,10cl white wine (preferably from Jura/savoie) a mont d'Or (or a reblochon if you are poor ;)) 200g chopped bacon (smoked preferably) 30 g butter.

Boil the potatoes during 20 min.
Slice the Onions brown ("revenir") with butter and bacon.
Add the potatoes simmer for 15 min.
Add the white wine boil for 5 min

Pour in a dish oven compatible.
Put the Mont d'Or/reblochon over the potatoes add salt  + pepper.

Cover with aluminium and put on the oven at 180°  for 30 min


Serve with a salad + dry ham (and don't forget the white wine  ;))
