Title: Movie Skin Help

I know this has probably been put in here a couple of times... but I figured I would ask.  I am going to make a movie honoring some people... the question I have is, what do I need to do to replace the default skin.   I need to change 4 planes.. 40,47,51's.

The only way I know that you can change the default skin is by making your own map and then changing the defaults that way.  I don't think its possible to change it on an existing map.

I'm sure someone else will have more information than I do, though.

The next version of the film viewer will show the skins the pilot selected.  (Providing that the skin is available on the viewer's box).

Not at all.  

I should let you know, however, that any new features or functionality changes are subject to development criteria.  We have to take into account such things as 'how long will this change keep me away from coding on the sim', 'will it add significantly to the film file size' (we do want to keep them in a reasonable download size so players can share more easily), 'does the enhancement justify the time coding it', and 'have I received a bribe from the community, or, do they have the negatives ready to mail to the police'.

But feedback is welcome.  Often, if we have to get into the film viewer for other reasons, we can usually throw some new stuff in.

Not right now.  The closest is the Gun Cam view.
