Title: Odd glitch with my card, Fog and bullets are black?

Heres a pic of what im talking about, I installed the new Omega driver and its been like this ever since.  Dont mind the skin, its just something im working on :)

Go back to the 4.12 Catalysts.  The new ATI drivers have brought back a very old bug.
