For the hell of it.
Post about something. Just something that's interesting to you. Moon rocks. Philosophy. Highschool experience. A song you like and why. A quote that you're fond of. Something that you're frustrated by. Something you'd eventually like to do. Something you've already done and remember fondly. Something that confuses you. Something that you think you've finally gotten a handle on.
Whatever. It's an open thread, but two requests:
Don't make any dip5hit little comments that you think everyone will find highly entertaining. They usually aren't. Most importantly, do not respond to any of the posts that precede yours.
It's a depository of whatever. Just go blah blah blah and walk away.

Something that frustrates me.
How can corperate CEOs that have done nothing but fail, keep getting jobs?
Like my companies? She has done nothing but ride the wave of a company on the way down, on claims she will make it better, all the while laying people off while saying we need to cut payrole cost, yet at the same time hiring every friend she has ever had as VPs, then giving them huge saleries and then they leave and she hires more.
How do these people keep getting hired?
(no I did not get layed off, but my company is now being bought out, so I may though I am in the part the new companie wants, and do a job that has no one else to do it)

Asskissing sweetheartbags, like you Nash. You knew I wanted to vent, you've been reading my rants and raves elsewhere. You were just waiting to start a thead, and then I gave you the venue.
I can't ****ing stand those sweetheartbag asskissing, brown-nosing, tesicle cupping, **** tard **** bags that plague today's American working place. I want to ****ing stick them in the eyeball with a ****ing spork, those fake bellybutton pieces of tapeworm excrement.
Oh how I loathe their very existance.

I'm looking forward to the new company myself and my two partners are about to start. Went out looking at equipment yesterday.
We need to think of a name then start our LLC. We have three jobs already lined up selling and installing what's called FieldTurf.
Basically it's what a lot of stadiums, golf courses and homes use in place of grass.

Worked at a place had a female VP.
Most incompetent person I've ever met.
Normally you could chaulk a comment like that up to the fact I didnt like her.
But everyone else seemed to feel the same way.
I did take great delight in being able to tell her "I told ya so" time, and time, and time again.
Needless to say we didnt get along very well.

Well after a year of being unemployed I finally got a job today. Start monday :aok

I like picking my nose for buried treasure. It is exciting cause I never know how big or what color it will be each time I stick my finger in there. The slimy ones are the best cause they can be smeared on computer monitors and mouse buttons at the big retail stores.

Oh everyone hates this one too. Not a bad body but the face looks like someone hit it smack on with the bottom of a cast iron frying pan.

CEO's are hired by the board of directors, and who is on the board? other CEO's,
kinda works like, you hire me and i'll hire you, thats how CEO's make the big bucks also, they vote each other bonuses.

i cleaned out my art studio last night. re-organized all of my supplies and equiptment and work, took everything off of the walls to be repainted and left bare again, worked out some better lighting, drafted plans for a new work desk... etc.
