Milo, I have that DB stuff in Finnish too (exactly the same info). What is interesting is the minimum allowable oil pressure: no more than 2.6 kg/sq.cm! E.g. the Jumi 211F/J has a inflight (not idling) minimum oil pressure of 5.5 atü! DB´s figure is very low compared to all other major engines which suggests the lubrication system stinks.

Perhaps the galleries are larger than for other water cooled engines? In that case less pressure would be needed.
