You in Calgary or Edmonton?
I may be making a trip soon.
-
puntski.
Trip looks like it's to Leduce? Leduke? LeDook? ahhh some frenchy named town in Alberta.
-
Nash wanted me to tell you MT that he can't stand you. That's why he hasn't responded. I know it's a ***** thing to do but don't shoot the messenger.
;)
-
Heya MT,
Leduc is a little town just outside of Edmonton. It's about a 3 hour drive north from me.
What the hell are you going there for?
-
We got a dealer there, and in Calgary. (same dealer actually) I'm trying to encourage an on site visit to assess our quality standards, and to visit Alberta. Our biggest dealer by far is in Alberta.... he sells over 2 times as many RV's as the next largest dealer. I think they have a store in Red Deer too.
-
If they would sell them with a one-way option, then they could sell them like hot-cakes, plus save money on transport fees.

AAAAA HAAAAAA...Canadian RV dealers are selling twice as many Fossil Fuel Guzzling...Climate destroying....Earth resource eating RV's as we do. The TRUTH rears it's ugly head and it's a KANOOK.

Sorry to burst your bubble Weaselsan bu the reason MT's company sells more RVs in Canada is because Canadians live in them....usually four or five families to a trailer.
Being rather smallish it seems to work for them.
-
Airhead beat me to it. Lots of Canuks have abandoned the old log cabin in the woods for RV's. You can make a heck of an ice fishing setup with one, too. (MT, you should make a model with a trap door in the floor just for that) Then there's the snowbird faction that heads south for 1/2 the year.

Snowbird Season is dangerous.
I've seen an RV actually run a 5 ton off the road once. I also knew a guy that was killed when an RV pulled out in front of a 5 ton towing a howitzer. The howitzer came loose and toor the RV in half and the 5 ton ran over a honda.
Snowbirds are dangerous.

I thought the RVs were needed for the summer in Canada, you cause the igloos melt.
-
What brand MT? The igloo is melting and I might need an RV soon.
-
and
Just fly into Calgery visit Nash and then drive to Leduc. Its not really 3 hours and you cold visit the store in RedDeer on the way.
-
When you headed to Leduc MT?
I'm about 25 minutes away from there in a town called sherwood park.
Leduc is only a 2.5 hour drive from Calgary.
I smell beer.

Well okay... Last time I drove it, it was in my VW van. :) Took over 3 hours... So I guestimated a bit. You sure ya don't need to speed to do it in 2.5?
I might be able to break away and we could meet in Leduc?
-
"You sure ya don't need to speed to do it in 2.5? "
unless you consider 120 speeding.
-
well, 2.5 from the international. If you are on the other side its gonna take considerably longer for sure.
And yep 120 all the way, so speeding abit :)

Still up in the air... I'm headed to Chicago / Indiana in a couple weeks, so it'll be after that for sure.
