I recall in Aces High 1, in the clipboard, you could see the field layout...where the VH was, barracks, fuels, etc.

Does any such thing exist for AH2?

Right Click the MAP and open the tab "clipboard maps"

Just realize those maps are not updated as of yet. (suppose to be on next update).
