Title: Peititon to have a mark to disable skin download during flight

Skin download kills my FPS and makes averything warp around. I want to be able to have it enabled only when in tower.

When I had my beloved cable modem I had no problem with it :aok .  But when I had to go to dial-up :(  it hurts a little.  Though not too much to be terrible. :D

BTW I donwloaded and installed the last skin pack and AH still keeps downloading skins :(

That is cause we released 16 more new ones today.  That batch is not on the WEB page yet.
