Now that we are debt free and have a lovely house I decided to buy a second one in the city. Its very worn down but in good health. Got a good deal on it so now I will be fixing it up and splitting it up into 2 so i can squeeze cash out of 2 families or students or whatever. For now tho I have made a deal with a freind who will live there for free and pay me by fixing it up. He is a caprenter and loves fixing old houses so he can do alot of the jobs I can't do.

Exciting times, maybe ill put up some pics of it now and then update as the work progresses.

Hopefullly I can have 2 single college student girls living there when its done. And if they can't afford rent every now and then ...... :)

Hold on here... the tenants are supposed to give a 'deposit', not the landlord.

And another thing... a real tycoon would say 4 girls, not 2.

And another, another thing... a real typcoon would make the rent almost free to the best looking girls, since you'd be making a fortune off the web cams secretly installed.

Tycooning isn't easy, but it can be fun.

I will offer broadband and cable to the tenants but no phoneline.

Cant see much of the house from here but its the only one my missus took today.. more to come after ive been there again later today.

We had plans to mount a cam to our club's sauna and put the picture to the whitescreen at the bar when ladies are having a bath.
We found out it's not necessary; picture quality is better when you go to the sauna with them :)

of course webcam would be neat :D
