how  long do the torps  stay active  for ????
they just seem to keep going and going..

Partly depends on which platform you dropped them from.

Most torps are the slower long range type.

The JU-88 torps are the faster shorter range type. Appear to have about 2..5 to 3k range. The others should be about double that.
