we will just forget about it..........
http://mensnewsdaily.com/blog/zieve/2005/04/jane-fonda-alan-colmes-and-inane.html
B.S.
Saw one of the interviews. Wasn't going to watch it but a preview SCREAMED B.S. so loud it suggested I should.
So much of what actually happened was NOT talked about!
So much of what actually happened was NOT made plain!
The audience sounded SO sympathetic, so hand picked! SO UNINFORMED!
Me and one of my Ex's got into it BIG TIME over a video of this woman that she bought. After I showed her the information I got the.. well I didn't know that.... stuff from her.
I have no intention now or ever of helping this woman prosper in any way shape or form!!!!
IMHO she should have been tried, convicted, and hung by the neck until dead!
But IMHO some of the politicians, and big business people involved in that war should join her on the gallows.
Instead she, and they are very very rich.......
and allot of very good people died as a result of her actions, her support of the North made em fight even harder.
How many sons and daughters and wives and sisters are without someone close to them because of her?
How many fathers and mothers went to their graves minus a offspring due to her?

Actually none. Jane Fonda didn't kill anybody. And BTW, that whole note passing claim is total BS.

The note passing? You know that for a fact? Interesting as I believe John McCain says otherwise?
As too the 1st statement she didn't kill anyone.... maybe she didn't pull the trigger, but she gave em hope...... she added to their belief........ she aided and abetted.....

By 1972 we had already announced and implemented our "phased withdrawal"....for all intents and purposes the war was over.
Anyway we talked about this the other day.

Fonda is irrelevant...
In any case... if you need an outlet for some overabundance of hate, there are plenty of facts (http://www.snopes.com/military/fonda.asp) to support it without making **** up.

Wrag,
Here is the snopes page listing this particular urban legend your linked author still doesn't know about.
http://www.snopes.com/military/fonda.asp
This is an olden urban legend. It didn't happen, it's bogus and continuing to spread this crap only makes jane fonda start to look like a victim. She did enough crap to hate her for without having to make any up.

There is a good article in this weeks time. It has excerpts from her book. Always good to hear the whole story.

It's not hate it's outrage.
NOT makeing anything up. Pointing to a site that reports it as true.
Please in the future be considerate enough to read what is actually in a thread before you start making statements.
I repeat, I don't hate Jane Fonda. I am however outraged at her behavior and the fact that so many seem so willing to ignore it.
Or say it's irrelevant... because IMHO it is NOT!
IMHO ignoring it sends a message to many that could be very costly to our servicepeople, or even ourselves as a nation!

Sir.
You have what I consider to be manners, and I thank you for using them.
And You appear to have actually read my post.
Again Sir.

I read it.
Having no idea that Fonda had become a communist-plant, our fathers, sons and husbands managed (at great cost personal to them and the risk of sacrificing their lives if they were caught) to get handwritten messages to Fonda. In their messages, our soldiers begged her to get their information back to the states. They were valiantly trying to get the true story of their imprisonment and torture back to the American people. However, instead of taking the messages home with her, Fonda turned them over to our prisoners’ Viet Cong captors. This resulted in even more severe torture and even death for our troops. Hanoi Jane had accomplished her job well.
Rail all you want. Personally, I don't have the energy to spare on Jane Fonda. She means nothing to me. She has no impact on me, or my life, or my family. She is outside of my circle of influence. I suspect that she is outside of yours as well.

I'm having a really hard time finding a grain of salt big enough to take with a column called "conservative tymes."
