Title: Fuel leak effect bug....

When hit in an empty tank plane still "leaks" fuel.

I was flying my F6F with 50% fuel, wing tanks empty 75% in main fuel tank and got hit in Left fuel tank. Leak effect showed.

It's been that way since the introduction of fuel leaks in AH1. We've lived through :rolleyes:
