Title: Please Explain
Post by: mussie on April 09, 2005, 10:28:43 PM
What is the point of the CT

Are we ment to eliminate the bases or not

I prefer flying as an Attacker or BUFF, Air to ground combat is my forte. :)

If I am only going to upset the furballers, Judging by the respose to taking out ground targets (milking if ya want not that I give a fudge about CT points) it appears that I should not be flying in the CT.

Personally I like the set aircraft and smaller maps, but it looks to as if the AH crew should just lock out all the Ord in the CT and call it the Furball Theater.

Your thoughts PPL

that topic is a pandora's box mate.  I say it's your US$ 14.95 so while you are in the CT it's about whatever you want to do.  every now and then we may put on a mission usually on Thursdays but you have people come on and do whatever they want even then.

the CT developement group is working towards presenting a definition of the CT.

in the interim have a good time, or not.  whatever you want mate. :D

Yes you are meant to eliminate bases, I don't think anybody has a real big issue with that.  I think what you might be referring to is people getting upset about people that purposely go into the arena during off hours to capture many undefended bases upsetting the map setup for the evening.

The arena setup can be a fragile thing, disrupting that is the issue.  People flying ground attack missions is not.  That just happens to be the tool they use to piss people off.

Ever wonder what might happen if the milkers didn't get a reaction?
