Revised Bf 109 cockpits.
Fixed Spitfire tailwheel bug.
Added horizon gradient.
Made changes to joystick setup menu to make joystick selection
and setup easier.
Found and corrected an error with the B-26 that was causing it to
exceed its ceiling. There is another bug in this area that has not
been fixed yet.
Fixed the 109s not being able to trim for climb at high altitude.
Continued working on engine gauges, power, and fuel consumption settings.
