I think ftdeep has no room for bragging. I for one know pawz is beetter than him. I've killed ftdeeps p38 when i was in his own "inferior airplane" as he put it p40b. Then again next flight in 202.

yes and no....
technically if some parties agree to go into the DA for the purpose of "dueling" in the sense of "dueling" then the rules are what the two *should* agree upon before even entering the hangar for plane selection (which should also be agreed upon) unless they're both, like, "whatever, dude."
with so many of us coming from different sims with different "old standards" of how to run a duel, it's very important things be made clear before hand.
having said that, i find these to be perfectly acceptable baseline rules:

now again, of course, 2 (or more) people can agree upon whatever RoE they want, the key concept being "agree."
note: i didn't watch the film.
note 2: there *are* those kind of people who will still "cheat" the rules in some manner if they think they can - a common culprit being going above agreed upon alt then diving down to it (with hella speed) before plane dot (and hence film) can capture data.
or hedging fuel load if agreed upon 50% some weenie may take 25% (which is why I always say 25% since DA fuel burn is 1:1). while not "cheating" per se, some people also dump ammo.

I didn't watch the film either, but like Shane said, there should be a ceiling, plane, fuel load, ammo load, no HO on merge type of rules set before taking off.. If you violate those, you are just a plain weeny! :D

The rules where 8k alt which he came in at 14k and realized he couldn't pick me with that lame bnz of his he said he was rtb.

Lame moves by FTdeep.
FTdeep came is twice as high.( they were both in same planes)
He kept running up after making B&Z passes.
After bunch of unsuccesful passes he announced RTB.
Then came back and hit pawz without any warning. Pfffft.

I wonder if the fact that FTDEEP was still carrying a single drop tank, accounts for the 10K alt difference at the start of that "duel' :)
And he tells PAWS that he's RTB cause his "heart isn't in it" only to turn around and bounce him after saying he's out.

once i was in the air i really didnt want to do it. dog fight. with him or any one else. i just didnt feel like it. but once i was called into DA by PAWZ..i ejcted right away didnt open shoot or anything else. died, went to DA got my plane set my gas got air born and grabbed as much as i could fast as i could.i was already 10-14k in the air when he tells me 8k.when i noticed his plane i kept my alt. watched him squirm down there.i finally decide to make a pas then another and another..never once firing a shot. i could have easily lind up the scope and fired on all passes...but chose not to. then i tell him "my hearts not into this and want to rtb.." i didnt perticularly care for his laffin his film and the chest beating he was about to bring back to te MA..i said hell with it and went back and shot him down. as you see in the final pass..avery effective BnZ into a rope that he alone bit on and hung himself early.that was the effect all the BnZ's could have resulted in.but i chose not to..never firing a shot untill i had enuff of his lip.this film will get the group hug PAWZ desperately needs.
Pawz, after u posting this film i have to think..does PAWZ only engage when the enemy is at the alt he desires and does he lose all fights where the enemey is higher than himself. can you not get out of the disadvantage....? your lack of defense got yourself killed. all it took was a simple rope. you still biting on those huh? and i never dropped my externl for the fight..that should say something.i saw you had almost no gas... i was heavier.plus i been around long enuff not to believe a guy who tells you what his alt is.you got beat..that fork coming off at the end was butyfull.....got me in the mood for fondu. FTDEEP

If I did that I'd hit alt-f4 at the end and just blame the whole thing on lag. I'd be all like 'I was at like 4k in my view, I was diving away from you'. People are dumb enough to believe that, but they wont believe you are in the right because you climbed out before he got to the DA and talked to you about the rules. If you don't wanna go to the DA and fight then just dont go, no need to act like such a gaytarded dweeb.

OK, to summarize FTDeep's sad excuses:
- I logged in, but didn't want to fight.
- I had a better plane and more alt, but I took pity on him
- I tried to RTB, but had to stop him from smack talkin' so I picked him.
Funny how AH mimicks real life. Some other quotes that could be applied here from recent sad showings:

If you're going to duel and set the rules for the duel before taking off and the other guy breaks it, he forfeits the duel. That is why I don't duel as much anymore and only duel those that I know. Lately, those that have called me out to the DA have done exactly what Shane described. A duel is supposed to be a fair fight and if one person can't play by the rules and needs to cheat to win, then that says more than anything about his abilities than shooting him down ever will.
