Title: Manned Ack Bug

I can shoot for a couple of minutes and move fine...then I can not rotate left and right - only up and down.  Thought it was a new damage model - but was able to tower out and right back into gun the same gun.  Squadmate had same problem...sorry don't know what base or if we were at the same base.

Yup, same thing happened to me on a field gun
