Just got to try out a segway, pretty cool, anyone own one here?
-
Nope,
The ecomobile: http://www.ecomobile.com/ looks pretty cool though. Don't think I'll spring for the $80K price tag. For half that price I would probably get sucked in.
I have trouble seeing the use for a segway. Isn't a moped more practical? Maybe if they came with missle mounts or a pedestrian whacker I would be more impressed.

They have a version that holds a golf bag.

I saw someone riding one in Georgetown in DC. I wanted to drop a stick in front of one of his wheels to see how well it coped with it.
But I was driving, so the opportunity never presented itself.

you could have tried to run him over, roughly a tougher version of the same test

Airport cops in... hmmm, I "think" it was BWI use'em. They looked rather dangerous to me, zipping around in the crowd. Looked like an accident (lawsuit) waiting to happen.

Well that would save George W. the only man to ever fall off one.

That thing looks like a Larf.
An aeroplane for the road?
Would have to paint it camo and put roundels on it and fake bullet holes.
