Title: Game Screen Minimizes

A very annoying problem has started to occur, for unknown reasons, in the past few days.

Regardless of what game I happen to be playing, the game screen will minimize and the desktop will come up.  I can still reopen  the game and go back at it, but this is not practical in a game like Aces High.

I've tried doing a disk defrag and a virus scan, nothing seems to have helped.

I'm running a Dell, with er, um, whatever came with the dell :)  If there's any specific thing I can find to help you help me, let me know (and hopefully how to find it).  

As is, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?

Games minimize very frequently, perhaps 2 minute intervals or less.

Sounds like there is spyware running in the background. Download and use SpyBot Search and Destroy and AdAware

OOZ is quite right.  Spyware/Malware programs have infested your computer.  The longer they run the worse the problem will get.

It may be your task scheduler, it gave me the same problem. You can disable by selecting run on the start menu and enter services.msc. On my system it was trying to check for virus software updates every 5 minutes and it caused the active window to become inactive,l which causes AH to minimize.
