They rock.  A tiger tank was blowing the crap out of my fellow knights on the center island of 'small isles'.  I launched a 190F8 with 12 panzerblitz rockets.  

I came in at about a 20 degree angle and launched the rockets in one big salvo.  The rockets blew the turret off the tiger.

Suntracker, at about what distance did you fire?

I tried them offlines vs. the T34 sitting on the field. I fired salvos of 2 at different speeds and angles and various ranges. I got close only a couple of times. I think they drop a bit too. Have to lead (like normal rockets). But then, what was I expecting? :p

two flights, 24 PB1 on the same flak and no effect at all.
