Is there a way to save your stick settings? (i.e. roll, pitch ,rudder, and throttle slider settings).
I want to try out some things but if they dont work out I'd like to be able to go back to what I have now.
Thanks in advance

If you look in your Aces High folder, settings folder. Should find a file called "jsmap".
Copy that, and paste it into the main directory. Want to back up, put it back & overwrite the one thats there.
BTW I like to save my whole settings folder to a CD. Just in case.

Dont see a jsmap...
There is a stick.cfg and a cntrl.cfg are these them ?

jsmap is in ur Aces High II settings folder, rt click on it & select option u feel comfortable with to list it, ie..notebook or pdf.

ok I found it. Now that is the slider configs correct?
Whats the stick.cfg ?

i copied my jsmap and saved it. went into the game and changed the slider settings. took the copy of jsmap and put it back in the setting folder and let it overwrite the current one.
went back into the sim and checked the settings.... nothing changed! After trying it a couple more times and no changes.
I dont think the jsmap is the slider settings.
Neither is the stick.cfg

stick.cfg is ur configuration file, where ur slider settings are domiciled, the last 3 lines on the bottom are:
Roll, Pitch & Rudder or yaw
U can chg ur settings as u see fit, as they're all all numerical, & u
can chg the stick.cfg file's name, ie u may want to chg ur present
stick.cfg file to stickELyeh.cfg, but remember to save ur 1st cfg file to another folder temporarily.
The deadband & damper settings u'll have to fool arnd when u go online or offline in ur setup until u find the configuration u like ;)
Hope it helps u.
