There is a bug that allowed a Nit to spawn in P14s NW spawn
point. It's the SP just S of V10.
There was no, repeat, no nit cv fleet there either.

It's the frac3 map. I figured HTC would know by looking at date

Yep, so funny that Skuzzy or HT did not even acknowledge it.
Oh well, I guess only a privileged "few" get that. So long as it
is fixed when it comes up again.
