I dont know if it is a bug,
 but if your Track Ir is on the sun will track in to the backrgound of the intro screen.......

Same thing if you exit arena looking at the sun with any view system. Been around since AHII release.

even without track ir or whatever it is i dont have..

saw it the other day sun in the open screen
