Title: Women who wore Braces
Post by: DREDIOCK on April 22, 2005, 06:34:45 PM
Anyone else notice how you can always tell women who wore braces on their teeth?

something about their lips and the way they position them particularly the lower one

here is an example of someone whom I would bet the farm wore braces

It also becomes noticable to me when they talk.
somethign about the way they move their lips

Heres a vid with an even bettere example.
Watch her mouth when she talks.

All women who wore braces seem to have this same exact trait.

I've noticed it with two of my neices and several other people I know.

Seems to be more prevelant with women.

dont know why I always notice this but I do LOL

Now you will too!

My daughter had braces- I paid for them out of pocket (bout 7500.00). Does that make me "superficial?" I also go to the gym cause I like looking good- how "superficial" is that? I dress well and get my hair styled every week, is that "superficial" too? Or is it caring about how we look?

I don't know what's worse... the part about "every week" or the part where he calls it "getting styled."

Uh...The only reason I get my hair styled weekly is to cover up the flat spot on the top of my head. I get it teased and set, but it goes flat in a week.

Now don't you feel terrible over making fun of my flat head?

No Airhead the point was that some people don't worry about crooked teeth so much to get thier mouths full of sharp iron sticks. Even if they get it for free.

Or maybe that's exactly the reason.. They don't care to do it because of the inconvenience and the fact that it won't cost a thing to do.

In any case it's kind of small for a person to make derogatory remarks of another persons picture whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I've never noticed them either Airhead but once you commented on them one assumes that you did.

Seems that you need mindreading capabilities to read UBB's correctly these days.

Amazing.

You can  probably start a thread about lollypops on this board and its almost certain to degrade into some sort of personal dispute.

Skuzzy, if you dont mind...

heh, braces are useless. girl i know had a overbite caused by the lower jaw being to small, they used braces to move it forward, within 2 months of having the braces removed it went back to the way it was before.

I feel your pain Dred.  And I said something very similar not too long ago.

Although, this is the second time a thread died for the same reasons.  Time to get out the bat and hit some homeruns.

Oh, and Becka's a babe.  :D
