Title: Tactical channel

It's starting to be a lot of channels, but wouldn't a strictly tactical channel be useful?
location/altitude/heading reports, mission one-liner briefs, etc.

I think a designated teamwork channel and color would be a good idea.  It would promote teamwork and give like minded players a place to chat without adding to the country channel clutter.
