No guru but hop 9 seems to be on your continent. Im on 56K and my pings are sort of a predictable curve. Agree that Saviss is inadiquit but they may be dealing with a tumbleing bullet from Londen on this one.Refering to PL% - that jump in ping time at hop 12 is SOP for them. Looked at your post in "Need help from the comunity" and your problems seem to roam within Saviss most of the time but Londen area hic-ups too. Wish I could be helpfull because it bothers me when someone who should have a better connection than me does't. What have I got to look foward to when Hi-Speed gets out my way :(
