Man Oh Man ... I've been fighting VOX problems for a Loooong time.
I finally found the problem ... I couldn't HEAR or SEND any VOX.
My ISP ... (Earthlink) ... includes a little "parental control" program called Surf Monkey. It was blocking the ports I need for VOX to work.
It installed automaticly ... I never activated the parental controls ... forgot about them.
Once I deleted the program ... VOX works just fine ...
This might apply to Mindspring customers also ... since they are the same (basicly ) the same provider.
