The FDB's dragged my bellybutton back here, kickin and screaming.. tain't my fault. Fiqured I'd browse the O'club, first time in years it seems. I'm amazed at how many of the old crew's are still here...

I've been 'outta play' fer a few years.. my boss tossed my bellybutton out at work, so I started my own company and now spend my days making him even more miserable than I did when I spent 20 years workin for him. Things have been goin ok, the busniess is kickin, my kids gettin married mext month and I've somehow wound up with her two cats to replace Hairball.. and neither one of 'em has the 'nads to stay in the room when I pick up a rubber band. Sad fact is, they just ain't got the evil smarts and cunning to even pull off a vengeful midnight crap in my sneakers.

*sigh*

On the plus side, since they weigh less than Hairball I'm less likely to break my ankle when I punt 'em.

Re: the Hairball treads.. those were lost two or three computers back and I think the Knits, being mostly republican at the time, had 'em expunged from the records.

So, how's tricks around here.. what's the verdict on AH2 and what do I need for a machine that won't go slide show in a low furball?

Maybe the hairball threads are still here. Too late for me to try and dig them up, maybe tomorrow.

as for the system:

I am running 1280 x 1024 and hitting 50-60 FPS in a furball 100 + Fps in the open the Detail sliders are set at 3/4 of the max and few distance is maxed. Object detail is maxed

P4 3.6
GF 6800 GT (66.97 drivers)
1 gb mem
Direct X 9c
