Title: More low Frame Rates

My FR's have continued to deteriorate with each AH upgrade. Even running 800x600, sliders down to "performance", pre-loading skins & textures, Hardware Vertex Processing box checked and Max Texture size of 128. Running latest NVidia drivers.
 Ran DXDiag and it showed no problems. Any advice?

  My system is as follows:
  P4 2.8GHz 533FSB w/512 cache
  152 MB DDR333 PC2700 Non-ECC Memory
  GeForce FX5600-8X 128MB Video Card
  Refresh rate maxed out at 85

  Any advice appreciated.

With that video card you shouldnt be running the latest Nvidia drivers.  They arent made for your card.  Get driver version 61.77, its the last version aimed at the 5xxx series cards.  You can get it from the archives section at Nvidia's website, omegadrivers, or driverheaven.
