The plane will be controlled by Windows 2000 AirMobile Edition.
Instead of the multitude of arcane gadets like fuel, coolant, oxygen, oil, battery charge, hydraulics, etc. there will be one clear dial for "plane resources".

Windows, huh? Guess that will give new meaning to the term "Fatal Error"

YUP, and with the new windows system there will be the following problem.
You leave for yer destination, you are about 2 hours into yer trip and suddenly yer windscreen turns blue, the next thing you know yer sitting back on yer runway.
as it turns out you forgot to "save flight" every 10 min, so when windows crashed you had to start over (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/frown.gif)

"so easy that even an idiot can do it"
Yeah, they get around congestion and the need to know how to fly without fuel really easily this way.
And weather, who needs to worry about that when you're in a DummyFly?

Apparently, the pigs can fly too (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif).
Surely any idiot can fly a plane in, say, California (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif). It get's a bit trickier in some other, more challenging weather wise locations. And what happens when your GPS or any other "guiding" system fails? In a car - you stop. In a plane you either fly it yourself or die...
All in all it looks like those promo clips Bell did for his first chopper back in the 50s with flying to a neighbouring store to get some milk (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif).
p.s. MrBill - thanks for the link - I can't believe they've found some financial backing for that thing (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif). I guess it was the folk with leftover cash after buying the Golden Gate Bridge (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif) (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif).
p.p.s. Hmmm... A couple of B20s in the nose and it will rule MA (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)!
