Title: Keyboards with the windows buttons on top

Can those buttons be redifined or are they stuck like that.  IE have a bunch of media player buttons, would like to remap them for use for a game or other windows apps.

All depends on the drivers the keyboard use. I'm pretty sure most Logitech keyboards have a place to enter values for the keyboard to use when you push the button.
