Title: Best Video Driver?

What's the best video driver for an nvidia mx4000? Im hoping perhaps a better driver would fix some issues. i keep reading that the newest driver would prolly screw me up more. im still running the stock driver that came with the card.

any help at all? im suffering from withdrawals. have been for 3 days (or 2?) since the latest patch came out!
