What do you think of this traceroute?

Has been this way for the last week or so. Ranges between 40%and 60% Packet loss at hop 14.
Seeing warps and (looks like) rubber bullets... Yeah I know ... no such thing. :)

That's one to post in 'Help from the Community'. Hop 14 is killing your connection, no ifs, ands or buts.

The same thing all of the rest of us that have to go through savvis think about it. IT SUCKS! Can anything be done about it? Probably not.
I went from 1.5mb cable to 3mb DSL, I get consistant 3mb download speeds but my ping times in-game when from the 70's to the 90's. Thank You Savvis!

In my experience the only way you have hope of getting an ISP to fix their routes is if you or someone in the chain is an actual customer (direct) of theirs. Even then it will take a lot of biatching, is the hosting company that has the HTC servers related in any way to Savvis?
