i have a problem with my map.bmp
everytime i create the map.bmp file for any of my maps on
the map,bmp only show blue water it dosent show my terrain in the clipboard map only water
can anyone know why?

maybe you built your terrain off to the side of the map?

More likely you didn't rename the map.bmp file myterr.bmp or whatever and put it into your texsrc folder.

i did evrything name it , put it on the right side
and is not wotking
do i nee to DL TerrainEditor again?

When you dont name the bmp the right name you only see a white clipboard, he is seeing water. So I garantee he didnt build his terrain in the center.
Hawk, open up your map in the TE, click settings, map size and set it to 512x512. now do the make map function and see if your terrain shows up somewhere off to the side.

Wait, it shows in the right side "Map" window in the Terrain Editor?

If so, build your terrain.  Take the myterr.res file and put it into the terrain folder in Aces High 2. Otherwise, I'm sure the name you used for the bitmap file isn't the same as the project name or the folder name, texsrc, is misspelled.

You'll figure it out, keep on it.

He paints his maps so u can have no idea what it looked like be4.
paints it skyblue every map.

hawk8th,
You may not have the latest version of the Terrain Editor.  Start the TE and then click Help/About.  The latest version will say "Client Version 2.02 Patch 1."  The previous version had a bug that would cause the File/Make Map function to create an all blue map.

u can't make a terrain and have a map come out sky blue u told me u painted the maps. If its all water it would look like this

judging from the picture you sent me you dont have the latest version of the terrain editor. Always download the new versions.
