Of course it COULDN"T be any filters or proxies you guys have at work...

A)  I don't cache in my browser because I do stupid (and I mean STUPID) web development all day.

B)  Even after deleting all temp files, cookies, settings etc I can still see the gif and click the link in both IE and Firefox.

3)  Having worked at the prison that Howitzer calls a workplace I can tell you their web proxy server won't let him see chit.

I think the rest of you are just crazy.  I am the only sane person here.  Why is the world against me?

Do you have shell access to the server you put this on? Try a chmod a+r on the file.
