Title: Windows Xp service pack 2

Well im thinking of installing this, but ive got a few questions. One, is it like reformatting? Will all my stuff be deleted? Two, where can I find the place to download it at. I went to microsoft.com and searched "Windows Xp serivce pack2"
and just got a page full of updates for SP2. So anyone who can answer much help.

It's not like format and yes you can download it from microsoft downloads.
