Title: Need Help getting to the magic 16

What all do I need to kill to get down to the well tuned 16 preccess running for WinXP. I have killed all the stuff Skuzzy mentioned in the Hints and Tips post, but I still cant get down to 16.

Go here.....it's a good program that will shut down all unneeded processes.   It even has the option of restarting all shut down processes after you exit the game, although I find it better to just reboot the computer.
