I see the Society of Engineers proposing a lot of spending on engineering projects.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

Nothing wrong with that; that's what they are supposed to do for their membership.

I'm sure some of this stuff needs to be done, too.
