personally i think it's a guy in a cloak, but you can't tell for sure.

jocakroo has it in slow motion(or normal speed, if the originalw as edited), you can kinda see the cloak moving when the 'ghost' turns around.

Its a guy in a cloak you can see his tennis shoe.


They showed one here on tv a few years back from a surveilence cam in a junkyard. This whitish light would drift around then go over to a car. That one looked convincing

that's a natural phomenon I think, something related to lighting or swamp gas.

Also 10 years ago, I was camping with my girlfriend in the chiuacahua mountains in arizona, its late shes already inside the tent. We didnt have any fire or nothing going, and the weather was overcast. I am sitting outside smoking a cig, I look around. Tree, tree, bush,ghost,tree, rock. Uh what was that?about 30 yards away is a white face, I can see clear as day, it looks like a old picture of an apache knocked down to just two colors white and black. There was no sound in the forest for the preceding 15 min, no one could have snuck up on us. 2nd if it was a real person I would have had no qualms about giving him a face full of .00. I watched it looking at me for a few and got bored, went in the tent said "hey there is a ghost out there" My girlfriend "what?"
