Title: Time for some SERIOUS grillin' & chillin
Post by: Max on May 17, 2005, 07:15:04 AM
I've got a pretty good collection of old charcoal grills sitting in the junk heap...Webers, Weber knock-offs, Meco's, Char-broil propane fired --- you name it. I'm looking for a serious charcoal grill, also known as a texas Fajita grill. Propane? Forget it! Even better would be a heavy duty Fajita grill with a lower firebox beneath the grill itself which would allow for smoking. Anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks,

So is REAL food. No smoke; no flavor.
