Title: Squadron Nose Art Question

I’m trying to figure out how to set the transparency to the 127,127,127 recommended by HiTech for my Squadron’s Nose Art using Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Taking a stab at it do you use

IMAGE > MODE > INDEXED COLOR

From there go IMAGE > MODE > COLOR TABLE

In the Color Table Change Transparency to 127,127,127? Not sure which settings to adjust.
