hh.exe is a Microsoft Windows help utility which assists you when the help button is pressed. This program is a non-essential system process, and is installed for ease of use.

why do you want to get rid of it? hh.exe is a windows program, that runs a "help wizard" It shouldn't be a problem file, either it works or it doesn't, and the only time it should work is when you run the help wizard.

Are you looking to turn it off to stream line your system? If so I don't think it will help much as it doesn't run unless called, so it shouldn't be using any CPU cycles.

http://www.spyany.com/files/hh_exe.html

Seems to be associated with MS Help file.
Also works off of the help Hotkey.

Do you have something mapped to the keyboard key that brings up the help file?

Other than that everything I have read says its essential and getting rid of it will have adverse effects to your system

Your browser has been hijacked. This is not a Microsoft page. There is some little malicious program that got installed on your computer. Try multiple spyware removal tools, adaware, spybot, hijackThis, MS Spyware, eventually you will find one that will kill the little bugger.
