Title: Fighter captures

I see in the score, that you can get fighter captures. I have 6. Thing is I have no idea how I got them. Can someone tell me how to improve my" fighter capture" score? Thanks

I think it's a bug. I don't think they even used to have a capture count under fighter. Probably has something to do with latency.

I don't think it affects your score, either.

Are you talking about the "capture" that appears in the list "Landed, Bailed, Ditched, Captured, Discoed, etc."?

that "captured" stat is how many times your pilot was captured after bailing out or ditching... which happens in "enemy" territory.  IE if you ditch and an enemy field is closer to you than a friendly field you get a capture instead of a ditch, (or bail out).

Dont laugh too hard, you guys were new once too.  I'm sure all of us have some humorous misconceptions from before we understood how everything breaks down.  Heck, I still dont understand how all of it works.  :)  I just care that I pull the trigger, stuff blows up.

It was possible (and is perhaps still possible) to have field captures in the fighter categorie simply by upping a fighter when the drunk where still running to the maproom.

No. They had a right to laugh , I am 2+ year's in the game. I knew that, just didn't realize it.I did think it was somthing like that thow Straffo. Thanks all.
